How long is the service time?
Shipping within 5 days after payment is received
Is shipping included in the order?
Shipping is included for orders of more than 11 pairs of shoes/sneakers. If the order is for less than 11 pairs, the shipping cost will be €25. (For Switzerland 59€).
What payment methods are available?
For orders under €2.000, we require payment in advance.
For orders over €2.000, they can be paid in advance with a 2% discount or you can request credit terms of 60 days.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
What delivery options are available?
Orders can be shipped with our logistics partners. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic tracking link via email.
Can I order custom shoes or change the color of any shoes in the catalog?
If there is any shoe on the platform that you would like to modify its components such as the leather, color, sole, etc., please contact us at pacoherrero@oldvaliens.com.
